For when you're ready to fall in love with your life instead of “just getting through it.”

Master Your Breath,

Transform Your Life

YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE

Maybe you were searching for something you couldn’t quite name…

Maybe someone mentioned my work and it felt different than everything else you’d tried…

Maybe you don’t even know how you ended up on this page!

But you’re here now… and something tells me you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Kia Ora, I’m Haven.

I'm a Business and Life Strategist, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery practitioner in training, and community retreat and event facilitator known for merging the esoteric and the tangible.

With eight years working in holistic healing and bodywork, four years immersed in breathwork and yogic technology, and over fourteen years building community online, I bring a rare fusion of raw honesty and nervous system mastery, weaving the ceremonial and agenda-free into how we heal, integrate, and create our lives from the body up.

Deeply attuned to spirits and energies since childhood, I've spent my life learning to trust what the body knows before the mind catches up. My commitment to breaking generational trauma informs everything I do—this isn't just personal healing, it's lineage work.

With my depth of personal practice and training in the International Certificate of Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, I disrupt the typical breathwork approach with my self-generated facilitation style, which trusts your body's intelligence over any practitioner's agenda.

At the heart of my work is co-regulation and cellular-level clearing, challenging the "fix you, heal you, hold space for you" norms by anchoring you into your own capacity to create your life instead of reacting from your past.

Let me guess… you can’t pinpoint when it happened, but somewhere along the way, life started to feel like effort?

You’re doing all the “right” things.

Ticking all the boxes.

Maybe you’re even successful by most people’s standards.

And yet… you wake up tired. You move through your days on autopilot.

At night, when it’s finally quiet and the house is asleep, you find yourself wondering… is this really it?

You’ve noticed the same conversations playing out in your day.

The same tension living in your shoulders.

The same gnawing worry about money, your relationship, or decisions you made years ago… ones you can’t unmake.

You keep waiting for something to click.

For life to finally feel like it’s moving in the direction you once dreamed it would.

But what if it doesn’t have to be this way?

What if nothing is broken… and you’re not behind?

What if this moment isn’t a dead end, but an invitation?

What if you could turn it all around?

So, what’s the foundation of ‘this work’ ?

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery is the process of using gentle connected breathing to access the patterns and stories your body's been holding.

You're not here to relive the past
or even to understand it better.

(though that will happen…)

You're here to set intentions for how you prefer life to be ... and then meet whatever arises in response to that.

"The process frees unresolved past issues for participants. At the same time that full, conscious and connected breathing is releasing locked energy, it gives inspiration and ongoing clarity. Action, instead of reaction becomes possible in day to day life."

WHAT THIS ISN’T:

✘ The sympathetic, activating breathwork you've likely seen on Instagram

✘ Hyper-activation, breath-holding, or forced cathartic release

✘ Pushing your system beyond what it's ready to integrate

WHAT THIS IS:

✓ Gentle, parasympathetic breathwork that regulates your nervous system

✓ Self-generated by the level of safety you feel in your body

✓ Step-by-integrated-step clearing that lasts beyond the session

What happens over time is almost impossible to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it.

The patterns that have been running your whole life the ones that show up in your relationships, your work, the way you speak to yourself… begin to dissolve. Not because you analysed them to death. Not because someone told you what they meant.

But because you cleared them at the level they were stored:

In your body, at a cellular level, within your nervous system.

"In time, this self-revealing process frees the breather from past limiting concepts and beliefs. The startling clarity emerges: 'Everything that I have believed to be true about myself and the world from the start of my life, may not have to be true for me now.'"

When you meet yourself this way...

When you meet yourself this way... ⚘

Problems that felt consuming six months ago barely register as problems now.

They've integrated so completely that you hardly remember what it felt like to be stuck there.

You begin to see your patterns in real time.

You catch yourself before the spiral.

You choose differently.

And for the first time, maybe in your entire life, you feel like you're actually co-creating with life... instead of just trying to survive it.

"Deconditioning and reprogramming occurs.

Open-mindedness and open-heartedness results."

What becomes possible?

  • Right now, it probably never really stops. The replaying. The planning. The second-guessing. You wake up already thinking about what needs to be done and fall asleep still running through what you should've said or done differently.

Every decision feels loaded. You analyse conversations for hours afterwards. You overthink texts before sending them. You question whether you're doing enough, being enough, showing up right. The mental noise is constant.

But then through this work, over time, that mental noise softens. Not because you forced it to, but because the survival programmes underneath it—the hypervigilance, the need to stay three steps ahead—begin to dissolve.

Thoughts still come, but they don't grip you in the same way. There's more space between them. Decisions don't feel so weighted. You start to trust your first yes, your first no. Being inside your own head becomes less exhausting.

  • You might be stuck in the same conversations, the same misunderstandings, the same fight that never quite resolves. Maybe you're always the one reaching out, explaining, trying to keep the peace. Or maybe you've shut down completely because you learned it's safer not to let people in.

Either way, relationships feel exhausting. Like you're constantly managing them, constantly worried about whether you're too much or not enough.

What's actually happening: you're relating from old programmes about what it takes to be loved, to be safe, to keep people from leaving. Maybe you learned your needs weren't important. Maybe love felt conditional. Maybe closeness meant pain.

As these patterns clear, you stop over-functioning. You say less, but it lands more clearly. You don't abandon yourself to stay connected. The emotional charge drains out of situations that once felt impossible. People respond differently because you are different—you're relating from a different place in your nervous system.

  • Even when you're "fine" financially, money might still live in your body as tension. A tightness when you check your account. Guilt when you spend. Fear when you think about the future.

You absorbed scripts about money before you even knew what money was.

    "Money doesn't grow on trees."

    "We can't afford that."

These became truths your nervous system organised around.

Your relationship with money isn't really about money—it's about what you decided was true at a certain point in your life.

As the old survival stories release, money becomes practical instead of emotional. The nervous system charge drains out. You can look at numbers without spiralling. You make choices from clarity instead of fear. Money stops being a measure of your worth and becomes just... one part of life.

  • You may be constantly pushing, performing, trying to stay ahead. Saying yes when you mean no. Measuring yourself against others. Carrying pressure that never switches off—the sense that you need to be doing more, achieving more, proving more.

What's underneath is usually a deep programme about what it takes to be safe, to be valued, to deserve to exist. Maybe you learned love was conditional on achievement. Maybe you decided if you stopped proving yourself, you'd be abandoned.

With this work, the drive to prove yourself fades. You still care, but you're not burning yourself to stay relevant anymore. You make decisions that actually fit you. Authority figures lose their grip. Your energy stays with you instead of being leaked everywhere else.

You work from choice instead of compulsion. Rest stops feeling like failure.

  • That low-level tension you've been carrying for years—in your shoulders, jaw, chest, gut—has been there so long you don't even notice it anymore. It's just how your body feels. Tight. Braced. On guard.

Your body has been holding everything you couldn't process when it happened. Every threat you couldn't fight or flee from. Every emotion you had to suppress. It's all still there, stored as tension.

As this work progresses, that tension begins to unwind. Not because you forced it, but because your system no longer needs to stay on guard. The survival programmes that kept you braced for danger start to release.

Breath deepens. Sleep improves. You feel more present in your body instead of living from the neck up. Your body stops feeling like something to manage and starts feeling like somewhere you can actually land.

  • Right now, you might push emotions down and stay numb, or get completely swallowed by them and can't function.

If you push them down: you're fine, you're handling it, you don't let yourself cry because if you start you're afraid you won't stop.

If you get swallowed: anxiety spirals, sadness becomes depression, anger explodes in ways you regret.

Either way, your emotional life feels threatening instead of rich.

As this work progresses, emotions start to move naturally instead of getting stuck. You cry when something hurts and then it passes. You feel anger without imploding. Joy doesn't feel unsafe anymore.

Your emotional life becomes richer and steadier. Feelings come, they move through, they go. You don't need to numb out or brace yourself. You can just... feel.

  • You've probably spent years waiting. Waiting for the perfect moment. Waiting for more information. Waiting for someone else to tell you you're on the right track.

You second-guess every decision. You seek external validation for choices that are yours to make. You have ideas but don't act because… what if you're wrong?

What's underneath: somewhere in your system, there's may be a programme that says "Don't trust yourself. You'll get it wrong. Wait for permission."

As this work clears those old programmes, you stop waiting. Ideas come through more clearly. Creative energy returns. You act from inner knowing instead of fear.

You trust your yes. You trust your no. Life starts moving again—not because everything is perfect, but because you're no longer disconnected from yourself.

"Emotional life becomes rich and fulfilling instead of something to avoid. Inspiration is accessed and grants a different perspective and direction to each individual's personal life. A spiritual viewpoint becomes an authentic perspective in day to day life."
