Unravel: An In-Person Breathwork Mastery Retreat
Most people spend their lives waiting to feel ready. Ready to make the change, start the thing, become the version of themselves they keep imagining.
This retreat is for the people who are done waiting.
Two days of breathwork on the coast in Quinns Rocks, WA. Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April 2026. No experience required.
𖦹 WHAT THIS WEEKEND IS
Two full days of Breathwork Mastery (RBM) / four sessions total, two per day / full, conscious, connected breathing in an intimate group / held by three facilitators who are there to support your process, not direct it / spacious integration time between sessions / a delicious plant-based lunch each day / comfortable breathwork mats and beds / time to journal, rest, and just be / and plenty of room to unravel at whatever pace your body chooses.
There's no agenda here.
No outcome to chase, no breakthrough required, no gold stars for doing it right.
You don't need to arrive ready. You don't need to know what you're looking for.
Whatever this weekend holds for you, we trust it completely.
𖦹 WHAT BREATHWORK MASTERY (RBM) IS
RBM is a practice of full, conscious, connected breathing. A full session includes individualised intention setting, around 90 minutes of breathing, and a supported group debrief to integrate what surfaced. Each session runs for about three hours total.
At its heart, it's a practice for getting your life moving in the direction you actually intend it to go.
The continuous connected breath begins to loosen what's been sitting just below the surface, the patterns, the stored material, the stuff that runs quietly in the background and shapes every decision you make. What's held in the body finally gets the opportunity to be seen, heard and validated in a way you may have never experienced in your entire life.
And because the process is self-generated, your body leads the way. You leave knowing something about yourself that no one gave you… you found it yourself.

Look, if you're still reading, honestly that's enough. Energetically you probably already know something is pulling you here.

This retreat is for the person who is genuinely ready to expand. Who is curious about what becomes possible when you stop operating from the limits of old conditioning and start getting honest about what you actually want your life to feel like.
Or for the person who has done enough work on themselves to know that identifying the problems and the patterns isn't the same as actually making some headway in changing them.
Or for the person who is already living consciously and wants to go further. Who has built something real and wants to make sure they're building it from the truest version of themselves, not just momentum and habit.
Or for the person who is doing really well, and yet there's a nagging tug that they're here for something... more.Toward more aliveness. More clarity. A version of yourself that feels less managed, less boxes ticked, and more... the most authentic you can actually be. And open to that looking different than you'd expect.
Or for the person who, honestly, is just having a hard time right now. Life feels heavy and you need somewhere to just take a moment for yourself.
You don't need to be in crisis (but no judgement if you are). You don't need prior experience. You don't even need a reason beyond the fact that something in your body said yes before your head could talk you out of it.

𖦹 MEET YOUR RETREAT HOST
Hi, I’m Haven.
I've been in the world of holistic healing and bodywork for over eight years, building community online and in person since 2011.
I'm currently in the final stage of my Breathwork Mastery (RBM) training—one of the most rigorous and thorough breathwork certifications available—and honestly, I'm more lit up by this work than any other modality I've trained in.
But the credentials are the least interesting part.
I came to breathwork the way most people come to the things that end up mattering most... through showing up to the mat in need of getting a hold of my own life.
My facilitation philosophy is simple:
I am not here to fix you, guide you, or interpret your experience. I am here to deeply trust and support the intelligence of your own body and breath.
The sessions I hold are agenda-free, unhurried, and genuinely about you... not a version of you I've decided you should become.
People tend to leave my spaces knowing something they didn't when they arrived. Not because I'm some self-proclaimed guru. Because they finally had a space and a practice that brought them back to themselves.
I dreamt up Unravel because I wanted to create the kind of weekend I would want to attend. Two days of real depth, proper nourishment, genuine support, and absolutely no performance required.

What if I've never done breathwork before?

Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle, parasympathetic practice that's safe for most people as it is completely guided by YOU. We invite you to make the session your own, and to create the comfort and support you need throughout.
That said, if you have any concerns about physical or mental health conditions, we'd love for you to reach out before registering. We're happy to discuss whether this work feels appropriate for you and answer any questions.
Is this safe if I have a health condition?

This is parasympathetic, gentle, and completely self-generated breathwork. It's not about activation, breath-holding, or forcing anything to happen. We trust your body's intelligence and work at the pace that feels safe for your nervous system. The process is agenda-free, your body and breath leads the way, and we support you through the process.
What's the difference between this and other breathwork I've seen?

Due to the nature of the work, we don't offer refunds for any products or services offered by Haven Hall or The Body Breath Process, but we do offer flexibility. You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, or we can give you credit towards a future session if your plans change.
